A place to call your own

We got the call today, we were approved for our apartment! We are cleared to move in this weekend, and we couldn't be more excited. I got my one christmas wish for this year, my own Home.

A glimmer of hope

This last weekend Nick and I applied for our own apartment, it is nothing fancy, just a first apartment. We were suppose to hear back today on whether we cleared or not but we never got a call, but I sure do have my fingers crossed for tomorrow!

I applied for college over the weekend also. I am so excited to get started but at the same time I am very nervous to go back. It will be good to get started on my degree though.

We got great news today and found out that Mom is cancer free! We are all so relieved, it's like a weight has been lifted off of our shoulders. We are going to to celebrate this weekend, it will be a great time!

Look back tomorrow to hear more, maybe we will have our own apartment!

Oh what a wonderful time of the year

Fall is such a memorable time of the year. Nick and I are both very excited about spending all of the Holidays together as a married couple! Halloween was great, we spent it at my parents with our family and his friend Jordan playing games and watching movies.

The only thing not good at all about this time of the year is Colds and Flues. Nick got sick last week and still has a nasty cough. It's getting better but as everyone knows, being sick is never any fun, no matter how sick you are.

Hello everyone,

Nothing really new here. Mom and Heather and I went to Gardner Village for the Halloween party last night, we had a blast! Nick and I have decided to stay at his parents house till at May, if not longer. Once we move out though we are going to do a rent to own plan on a house, and I am so excited to have my own house! So, if your in our area, keep your eyes open!

We have planned our "Honeymoon", which will be right around the time of our first year anniversary. We are going to the Gallopagos Islands, I've always dreamed of seeing them and I just can't believe that we are actually going!

Just starting out

Hello everyone!
Nick and I decided to make our own blog so that all of our family can keep informed just like my sisters have done for us!
Everything is going very well, I got wedding pictures back so I will get those posted and whatever else I can do with them so that everyone can get the (Kim, there are so many cute ones of Katie!)
Well, we painted our room, brown and green, it looks really good!
As you can see, nothing really exciting has happened to us in the last couple of weeks, but keep checking in because you may never know!
